  • How do I enroll in a course?

    As a student or a counselor, you’ll either be invited to register for these courses, or can go ahead and sign up using this registration link: https://collegewiserunway.thinkific.com/users/sign_up

  • What browser should I use to access the courses?

    We’d recommend using Google Chrome and making sure you are using the most updated version of the browser. If you don’t have it, you can download it here: https://www.google.com/chrome

  • How do I reset my password?

  • I am having trouble viewing some of the content. What should I do?

Senior Course

  • Can I pick and choose among the topics, or do I need to take the whole course?

    We are going to be requiring that you complete the “Core” set of videos, but for the rest, you are free to pick and choose what resources and videos are relevant to you. You are also more than welcome to access the Resource Library for more information on these topics.

  • How much time should I budget for each topic?

    Each video lesson will be between 5-10 minutes, and we’ll include resources to go alongside of each lesson. We’d say that you could budget anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour depending on the depth of the subject and whether there are going to be activities you can do with the lesson.

  • How much time do I have to complete the course?

    Your access won't expire, but we'll make timely changes to the course at times.

  • Are there any guides or worksheets that come with the course?

    Yes! As a Runway student, you’ll have access to a full suite of guides, worksheets, a newsletter, and a podcast to supplement everything you’re learning.

General

  • If I download a guide, am I allowed to share it with other people?

    Sure! All we ask is that the Collegewise name stay on each guide, and that you neither change it nor charge for it.

  • Can I invite people outside of my school/organization to access the content library?

    Of course!

  • Will you be adding new videos and guides to the library?

    Yes! For the senior course, we have the first two units rolling out September 8. We’ll have two new units ready October 6.

  • Can I request that you add a resource on a specific topic?

    If you have questions about our content or have a suggestion, please feel free to email us at [email protected].

  • Do I need any special technology to access the podcast?

    Nope! We have the podcast embedded in your course, so you can just press play and enjoy.

  • Who developed these resources - are they school counselors?

    These resources were developed by the college counselors over at Collegewise. We’re a college counseling company that has been around since 1999 (before many of you were born) and we’ve been helping students since then get access to sane, practical advice in order to make the college application process rewarding – and fun.
